Get in there and find that buck. That's one big ass rub.

Any other rubs in the area?

Hoyt, speaking as a lifelong resident of the Show Me state, I have to say you showed us! Great buck! As for the rest of you in the woods, good luck! I am out until Halloween morning, but will be following along!

So been in the tree since 6:20 am. Havent seen a deer. Forgot my boots at home had to grab my motherinlaws out of porch. They are so tight it hurt. Now doing an all Day sit barefoot.

Congrats on all the kills last couple days.

Finally caught up in the thread, heading out this afternoon. Just need to pick a spot, either the dead bean field or the hay field. Youth weekend is going to keep me out of the woods all weekend, but next weekend I'll be unsupervised for a couple all day sits. Wind says go to the hay field, but I haven't been to the bean field in a while. The problems of having two spots to hunt.

Yes quite a few on trees similar size but non this rubbed up ya know. I'm def gonna hunt him. From what I've read and what not even though all this action is in the creek bottom I'll have better luck getting on the ridge above it.

I have never seen a rub on a tree like that or a rub that looked like that... normally the tree is smooth where the rub is.... it looks like a porcy had his way with it, honestly

Well, at least it was in the morning. Around here some maroon (yes maroon-think WB cartoons) thinks that 3 PM is a great time to have one.

I gotta say I don't think that's a rub. Or at least any rub I've ever seen in the woods before.

Out of the meeting nice and early! Leaving the city, stopping at Wally world because I forgot my foot warmers, then I’m hitting the woods. Really had my hopes up for tonight with the storm coming in I really think they will be moving.
