    I sat for an hour in the gale force winds. When my bow nearly blew off the hanger, I packed up and headed home. 40mph wind gusts aren't fun to hunt in.

    Tonight was a bust for me too. Temperatures drop by about 20 degrees and the winds were howling from it seems like every direction at once. I should have stayed at Camp. Oh well, congrats to those who got one today and thanks to everybody who congratulated me! I don't know if I'll hunt in the morning, if I do it will be a quick set and probably take the stand down that I shot my buck from this morning. It's not much of a rut stand

    No arrow and no blood spots bigger than a pinky nail. I thought she ducked a little but not that much. I'm pretty disappointed. I dont like having a wounded deer.
