    Way to go guys!

Nothing for me but a few squirrels and a raccoon, and about 200 black vultures that decided to roost all around me

    Congrats Holt and V dubs!

No deer for me just 2 foxes. First one had to be the biggest fox I have ever seen. Wont be out any more this weekend but I'll be following along as usual. Good luck all.

Happens every year around midish Oct.. you see a couple little scrapes pop up and some mild chasing and then it goes back to normal till the rut.

That's a bad omen if I've ever heard one! Best watch yourself the next few days....animals can sense things, scary things.

0245 am!!! Up and at’em!! Temps have risen overnight with a front coming through, barometer reading at 29.8.

Screw you Drury DeerCast for putting negativity in my mind.

Joe I swear if I were you and getting up at 245am I'd get one of these. Hunt for a few hrs...sleep in the woods... hunt the afternoon. I'm tired just thinking of your routine of 245 wake ups![IMG]

All setup in one of my groun blinds. Interesting walk in... saw two big eyes looking at me on the trail about a hundred yards in front of me Up wind of me. I kept walking towards the eyes. It was a fawn. Let me walk within ten feet before I said “hi what’s your name?” It trotted off. Lol! Isnt it to early for fawns to be pushed away from the does? Neat encounter!
Forgot my dip in the car....grrrr

Maybe a button buck? I know I usually see a few separated from their mom this time of year.

Finishing up my coffee then walking in. Stand is only a 10-15 minute walk. Rained all day yesterday them broke about 10p, soon add it did deer were on their feet. I'll check back in from stand, looks like I got some catching up to do on this thread (per usual. I can't take my eyes off this one for 6 hours and I got 6 pages to read)
