No deer for me. Seen about a million squirrels that kept my head on a swivel.

I only saw two deer. At 6:15 a single doe came blazing down the hill and ran right past me.

At 6:25 I caught movement the same direction and saw a little 6 point walking the path she ran by on.

He had his nose to the ground tracking her.

I guess this little fella doesn't realize it's too early for that.

I've got one the hoody jackets, they're washer and dryer safe. I wear mine to work in and hunt sometimes so it's been washed few times. Always do it alone and set washer on delicate tho to be safe. Battery life is pretty decent. Its like a heat pad and it helps to keep it close to body. Haven't had battery run out while using it but haven't had a need to keep it on constantly. Keeping it on medium or low has always lasted through a hunt, 4 or 5 hours, jacket itself tho is pretty heavy. Just alone its warmer than my normal carhartt one wear most the time. For longer sits of more battery life they do make a adapter for the m18 batteries. Wouldn't want one to wear while working but don't see the extra bulk being a big deal in a hunting situation.

I’m always cravin a cold coors light and some grizzly wintergreen while on stand. Finally figured out that my backpack can fit a 12 pack and a log of chew perfectly this year.

Each sit I forget something so each time I’m out it’s like I’m learning something new each time out. Love it.

I don't check either lol, just a population control comment.

There are so many of them here it's ridiculous. I treat 'em like spiders, by any means neccessary.

We had 10-15 Does and Fawns come in at 1815 hrs but they were on the hill behind the blind. The one side we had the windows closed on. Kind of a bummer but also cool to see.
