Eased the pain of that big buck with some of my mother’s lettuce. Uh I mean cabbage. Wait I said spinach right? Yeah, it was good smoking. I mean eating.

Good first sit. I had a couple does and fawns inside 20 yards but they get a pass for now.

I am absolutely stoked for the morning sit, partly because a hard frost is expected, but more importantly because both my dad and I will be hunting the same patch of woods. We have not hunted together since we took a trip together in 2015. I definitely miss the old days of having to hunt together because I was not old enough to drive. I just hope he doesn’t get lost because I am sending him DEEEEP . Its a stand on a small secluded 6-7 acre standing corn field that hasn’t been hunted in at least a year, maybe 2! It’s going to be an amazing morning.

Ended my set with 11 seen from stand, no horns in the bunch, and a noisy exit as I learn how to pack this lock on

Yeah we smoke weed. It’s cut and dry, If you don’t get baked then your not cool. Me and joe have a popularity circle. I’ve hazed countless members here and if you attemt to avoid it then I will deem you a “nerd”.

So not to take away anything from the Live From The Jazz Cabbage Thread. I had a nice size bobcat slip through the woods just before last light. Looks like I'm going to have a nice trapping season.

Not the side, always the bottom of the can for a direct pull through. Mouth is the top.

Been since 1994 since I smoked, no regrets either way

On another note, stuff is really looking up in the deer woods in my opinion. This cold snap was all it needed I’m hoping. It was really dead before.
