Heading to the same stand as last night. This will be my view this morning
others hunted there just not in as deep. no one has a say there. I will continue to hunt there at least for this year since I know there is a giant in there. just because they are letting lazy people drive in doesn't mean the deer are going to pack their bags and leave. there two 300 acre clearcuts in there so that's where i'll try to get him. after this year I might try new ground. the part that sucks is it took me years to learn exactly where the deer travel. i'll figure out what to do. my first step is to put a trail cam on the road to see how many cars are actually using the roads now. then go from there.
Congrats on the deer guys and gals! I ended up having 2 does come in at last light, waited a little while then snuck out of there.

My 10yr old son James and I are in the ground blind in NJ! Light rain, 50. Nice hunting weather. Saw 2 on the way in. Had one walk behind us at first light. James is on the trigger. Hoping to get his first deer.
