15395255217371409975690.jpg think sunny and 60 will be enough to wake these bad boys up? If so I'm gonna have to pick a different spot tonight. Sucker is bigger than a football and only five yards away just higher up than me. Didn't see it from the ground yesterday when I hung this

No way to tell for sure. Beyer throw something at it to see if it's still in use. :D :poke:

No blood at impact, so I backed out. He had circled and was bedded right on the trail I walked out. He calmly walked up a little hill, with a buddy, and stood there watching me. I think he's fine, but I'll be back out this afternoon to search. I'm absolutely beating myself up over this!

Just passed this little guy. Watched him feed for several minutes, then he made it over where my arrow was, sniffed and spooked a little at my lighted nock, then started walking away[IMG]

About to head out in an hour or so. First day out since the front hit here in Ohio. Looks like I’m going to get wet. On another note. Does anyone else have a problem keeping their iphone alive when it gets even slightly cold? I only like to have to to keep in contact with my dad but it constantly dies. Didn’t know if there was a specific case to keeps devices warm that works for people..

My iPhone also does not handle cold well. Or at least my 5 did not. Haven't tried my 7. Keep it in an interior pocket it should be ok

Yeah this is a 5s. That’s what I do but literally will pull it out and the screen of death lol but as long as my phone is alive I’ll keep everyone posted on my hunt. Got a doe a couple weeks ago on the beans but heading back to my number one spot this evening that I call the petting zoo lol. Hoping to see one of the big boys I have yet to get to lay eyes on.

sometimes anticipating the drop works, sometimes it don't. Kind of funny we both came out on opposite ends of the same short stick the same morning.

I'd probably end up just grazing the bottom and pissing them all off...

That sucks! There goes 20 dollars. I some how do the same thing all the time. I hate admitting it, but I clean missed 5 deer last season and had to spend alot on broadheads this year.

So I never autopsied my deer, Im thinking I may have gotten heart & lungs? Only because he only went about 25 yards. those Exodus sure zip right through but the blood doesnt really pour out till they get moving, I guess its not too much of an issue when they fall over in sight. But the exodus are so accurate, I hit exactly where I was aiming
