    Woke up this morning and my legs and back were still so sore from yesterday, started getting up and my sisters little rugrat of a dog im watching peed on the floor, took it as a sign and went back to bed, still sore but at least i have a good breakfast coming my way. its tough though it looks like a good killing day

    20 yd shot and I was only 8 feet above him..perfect broadside. Arrow pretty flat so it pushed all the way through the good stuff. As you can tell I'm nervous. Rain stopped and sky is clearing.

    You already know this but take your time and settle your adrenaline. It will help alot when blood tracking. You got this! From everything you said, sounds like a dead buck.

    Man college and baseball take up so much time forgot how fun hunting is! First weekend of the year making the 3 hour drive from Iowa to Wisconsin to our land and already thinking of ways to hit the lottery so I can do this whenever again

    Thats a good angle- your arrow may have zipped through real far hopefully itll be easy to find

    Had a buck working a scrape when I was walking in, couldn't see him but I could here him. I'm guessing he is one of the younger bucks.
