I see, he said like mike but you quoted me lol.

Everyone, me included(just not this time) have been busting your balls over last years buck kill that you left everyone in the "Live from the Stand" thread in limbo on.

Was several days later when someone other than "yourself" alerted us to the kill being posted in your team thread.

From that moment on, "Nobody be like Mike" was coined.

It's all in good fun, but damn, you done did it to yourself man

Okay I get it now hahaha my most apologies to the live in the stand group! I was extremely prepared to shoot that buck last year but extremely unprepared on what to do after. This year a little different lol I am still very new to the bowhunting life.even after 4 years I still haven’t learned it all lol

Even though I “coined” that embarrassing phrase, I still get to look at this every day[IMG]

I am laughing my ass off right now.

Not because of the event that started it all, but because you just now know what most of those comments directed at you for the past year mean

Now that you know what it means, we have to double the grief given to you this year to make up for our failed attempts the past year.

Very small droplets. Followed blood about 30 yards where she went through the creek. Nothing after. Based on hair and fat and meet on the arrow I'm leaning toward a brisket hit. Will bring my dog out in the am, but am not too hopeful.

    Good luck!

Temps good? I know it is a heck of a lot cooler where you are. Kinda jealous of that aspect.

    Hopefully just a plugged exit.

There was a pretty good splatter at the point of impact, but no droplet bigger than a dime at any time. It isn't completely hopeless, as one time I put an arrow right through the front of the lungs and had a trail like that for about 100 yards. She was laying about 40 years from that spot.

Temp is 71 right now, but should drop into the low 50s overnight. Dew point is 49, so I am not expecting a lot of dew overnight. If there is more blood to be found I will find it.

The shot was low and a little bit forward, and the sound of ribs that I thought I heard could very well have been cartilage in the sternum.
