    Good morning guys! Heading to the woods shortly today is our in-line muzzleloader and small game openers, that should have some deer moving around, light drizzle this morning but I can work with that! Heading to public land today good luck all!

    Well Dad and I got to the public land we were going to hunt, that light drizzle had turned into pretty heavy rain, we both checked the forecast on the drive over looked at each other and said let’s just hunt in the evening! Rains supposed to stop around 10am have to look at a wedding venue around noon then I’ll be in a tree till dark! Good luck guys unfortunately I’m heading back to bed!

    I'm awake. Torn on of I want to hunt a bean field with easy access but not so good wind or a creek bottom with crappy access and ankle deep water on my trail but with good wind

    Rollcall! Who else is in the tree? Had an interesting morning so far here in NW pa. While walking, had a spike come to within 10 yds. Saw 3 other doe after that before getting in the stand. While I was on the top step of my stand, I looked up a saw eyes looking at me, but it wasn’t deer eyes. It was a damn wolf spider on my tree! Flicked him off the tree and got into my stand. Those things give me the heebee jeebees
