Just shot at a doe. It was a tight window so I am not so sure about the Shot. The arrow is stuck in the ground with a lighted green nock ( if you can see in the middle of the pic. It is just under the horizontal branch). I will keep y'all posted. Image1539349829.632482.jpg

I just shot a doe also.

The shot was a little high but I think it was good.

First sit of the season for me. When I pulled my cards 2 weeks ago I had deer coming through every morning at sunrise or just after. Came out this morning and set up with high hopes of using my doe tag but nothing yet.
32 and overcast so I’m not giving up hope yet. Good luck everyone.

Had a glazed over windshield this morning. Should have a few frosts and possibly a hard freeze over the next 4 days.

    The time is near

I had to go back and correct my bad spelling. I've been shivering all morning but after the shot the adrenaline had me shaking so bad I could barely see what I was typing.

I'm going to give her at least an hour before I get down.

Well that was a short sit. Was in the stand at 6.30am and back at the truck by 8.20am, I'm soaked, cold and off to work. Saw a nice 8 and a few small bucks. I am excited about this spot though, nice travel corridor and I am hoping to catch a shooter here this weekend.

Looks like a meat hit from what I can tell on the arrow. Must have deflected off a branch. Gonna keep looking for blood, but I got nothing so far. Image1539352153.330272.jpg
