    We are getting way more rain than I thought, gonna have to focus my hunts this weekend on the ridges, the bottoms have to be flooded out...

    I will be doing the same tomorrow morning when I go in period it is absolutely flooding here right now. Stay on the high ground. Gonna be quiet with damp grounds and 15mph winds. Will allow me to get in real tight to bedding.

    Well I didn't go this evening but when I got home, there was a groundhog dining in my yard. I needed to uncock the crossbow anyway so I put a little carbon fiber in his diet. That's three shots with a crossbow for me and three kills!

    I am on the stand! Looks like it is setting up to be a nice evening. Overcast and a light almost nonexistent wind, which is rare for Oklahoma. Decided to sit over the food plot and hunt the woods this weekend.

    I'm in the stand. I removed my cushion from my lock on in the off season, and with all the work I've done on my lease this year, I forgot to put it back on this one stand I'm hunting this afternoon. My ass is going to hurt a little tonight lol.

    I blew it tonight

    I shaved the back of a nanny,. This is so freaking humbling.

    I hate myself right now

    Found the arrow with a smear of blood on the two white veins and a hair on shaft.
