    If I just got those pictures out of the blue on my farm with no history I’d call him 4.5 and shoot him. Let the teeth tell the story later. Looks fully mature to me.

    I don't have high hopes. The wind is wrong for my good spots.

    I haven't seen anything but a single raccoon so far. This is very odd for this area of Kentucky.

    It's all going to change tomorrow when the front moves through. The temps will drop and the wind will be right.

    The buck was strolling through the woods feeding on acorns here and there-minding his own business. And then, WHAM! Slugger shoots him.

    That buck never did nuthin' to Slugger. Why did he have to shoot him?
