First time in the tree this year. So here's the obligatory treestand selfie..........with grey beard! Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-N900A using Tapatalk
Just had a couple of A-10 warthogs go over at about tree-top level. I'll tell you that if I was an enemy soldier and heard those things coming, I'd be joining the other side pretty quick. Those things look and sound scary! Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-N900A using Tapatalk
Just got settled in, bump 3 does on the way in. Need some meat in the freezer Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
All set up for the evening Looking forward to seeing what unfolds Sent from my iPhone using Bowhunting.com Forums
Out tonight in a spot where this guy frequently slides thru in the evening. He has not been camera shy either. Favorable wind although it's warm. Could not wait any to get back out and sit. Hoping he continues the pattern he has has for the past month or so. A few other nice ones coming thru also at times. Sent from my XT1080 using Bowhunting.com Forums mobile app
Well is upper 70s and warm but giving it a shot. Been setting since 330. Nothing but squirrels so far. Never understood why you will see hundreds of squirrels during deer season but not as many squirrel hunting. I guess their smart little critters. Supposed to be nice cold front coming Wednesday here in southern Indiana, deer should be moving Roll Tide Roll
I've set in same stands after deer season, we got a few weeks left of squirrel season, only bagged 6 last year Roll Tide Roll
Back at it again tonight and again have never hunted this stand or block of woods. Probably marginal at best - but staying off my good stuff. Freaking freezing in here tonight!!
All set up back in Kentucky. It's 82 degrees with a light south wind. I got all the way up, got set up and went to put my ASAT 3D top on and it was on the ground. I hate it when that happens.
