    Seen 2 spikes at 10:30 at 30yds that’s it. Heading to the other farm for a few hrs coyote hunting then bk in the stand at 2ish for more deer hunting.

    Fingers crossed I can get out on closing day tomorrow. Supposed to be about 5 degrees tomorrow. Need one more sit to calm myself for the next 9 months.

    Headed to my stand for a late sit. Then moving it about 50 yards for tomorrow and Sunday which might be my last chances this season. Closes the 15th. .

    Yeah, so... I'm going flip-flop and be in a tree tomorrow morning and Sunday morning. I told my wife that I was going to stop but since she has to work this weekend everything changed. :tu:

    I may have to find some kind of withdrawal program to join when the seasons actually end.

    Had a spike go under the stand and 4 does out in a field 50yds away. I will be back out on Monday which might be my last sit of the season.

    I've been sitting here for an hour now. Nothing moving at all yet.

    It's 20 degrees and the wind chill is 10. I've hunted colder this year but this morning the north wind just hurts for some reason.

    Maybe I'm getting old and soft but....

    I think I’m calling it a year, shot my biggest buck ever and saw more deer than any other year. Time to start getting ready for next season and hopefully securing new properties for me and my buddy to hunt.

    In for my first sit in over a month. Using my new Hawk hang and hunt set up. First time I have ever been up a tree without using a climber. Took an hour and a half to set up but I got here early. Two hours until dark.
