Okay, I'm down after seeing nothing but a couple of squirrels. I'm not sure if I should share what happened immediately after because it's both hilarious, painful and humiliating. I was pretty chilled, so I decided to take a hot shower. I didn't shave this morning, so when I went to grab the razor that I keep in the shower it wasn't there. I walked over to my vanity, grabbed the razor, shaved and finished my shower. After I dried off, I went to put my underwear on. Well, I had my right foot in and when I went to put my left foot in the waistband caught between my third and fourth toes. I lost my balance and my right foot slipped out from under me. Instinct made my left foot shoot out and the waistband held. I'm pretty sure I just broke the two small toes on my left foot. If they're not broken something is torn. It's been about 30 minutes and I can barely walk. Pretty embarrassing, huh?
Really wanted to be out this weekend with the mild temps, but noooooo. Work is really killing my late season action. Hoping to take a long weekend before Christmas and kill one more deer. Still have a buck tag that needs punching too! Good luck out there guys

I am going to give it another go this afternoon. I will probably shoot 1 because it will be inconvenient to hang a deer in the garage.
Came home for some food and a nap. Going in blind to a 160 acre WIHA,the plan is to start walking with a climber on my back and go until I find good sign then set up and hunt. 58 degrees with a 10 mph southerly breeze. Sent from my iPhone using Bowhunting.com Forums

Hunting on a friends place this afternoon. Sitting in a strip of timber with a water line right away to my left and a river to my right. I was told if it's in range to shoot it. Haven't hunted like this since I was a kid and it's awesome.
