yes iowa. thanks for the info Wesley. if work continues to go good I might be applying sooner than later.
Still better than sitting at home with the season over and watching the beginnings of 10" of snow fall, I assure you. Keep at it!
Moved my stand to a more concealed spot and feel good about it. Actually saw a couple does even with the noise I made. I gotta snip a handful of limbs in my way but I think this spot will produce. The deer are still coming thru there in bunches right at end of day. Sent from my SM-G935V using Bowhunting.com Forums mobile app

Do you know me? my season is over for another 2 weeks and im on the couch and we just got 10 inches of SNOW good luck to who is out hunting
It's the second time this year plowing the driveway for me. Already 6" on the ground before the 10" yesterday. Hopefully it slows down in the near future because the deer had a hard winter last year, too. Season here doesn't start again until October 1, 2018. Oh well, I'll be dreaming about a lot of bucks between now and then.
Good luck fellas. Couldn't hit the woods yesterday. Three kids in 3 different sports will do that to a person.. lol
Awfully windy here today (25+mph). Doubt I'll get out. Tomorrow is supposed to be cloudy and a little calmer, high pressure and NW wind. That sounds much better.
Not today. Big snow storm moving through. Supposed to get another 10 inches tonight. Hoping to get out this Saturday Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Nope, I'll be out tomorrow evening. Hockey practice tonight. Sent from my SM-N900V using Bowhunting.com Forums mobile app
Well today was the first time I picked up the Matthews in probably 3 weeks. I was hitting really good at 30, I’m excited to get to NJ this weekend (even though it’s their black powder season) hoping to run into one of the big boys, maybe win that late season buck competition! Good luck to anyone else braving the weather ! Sent from my iPhone using Bowhunting.com Forums
