Looks like a regular Chuck Adams arm extension,it's also a very big bodied deer which might be making it look weird.

Someone supposedly shot this deer about 40 miles from me, but the pics just look strange to me like something is off. A lot of you guys are used to looking at big deer. What do you think guys think of these photos?
The post says it's 227lbs dressed. So I guess he's pretty big

Doing some work around the house today and just thought of this....I haven't had a beer since mid October. Lol. Hunting season drives me to do unnatural things. hahahaha. Redskins Vs. Cowboys game tonight might be all I need to crack a cold one.

Is it too much to ask for to have ONE day without 15-30mph + winds? Hasn't stopped blowing in weeks. I miss those nice calm sits.

    Finally all finished processing.

    47 pounds of backstrap/tenderloin/roast/steak

43 pounds of extra lean ground

41 pounds of ground with fat & trimming for the dogs.

131 pounds total from the triple.

With the five deer I killed before the triple already in there the freezer is almost full for real.

In the stand. Got home from Indy, and came up here to add a stand to an existing set. More options from this new stand.
    Good Luck everyone!

I was planning on hunting this afternoon, but after drinking a few beers while doing the ground (it's almost impossible to hurt yourself while doing ground unless you're a total idiot) I've decided to continue drinking beer instead. Besides, I don't see any need to have to bother with skinning and quartering another deer in the dark. Also, it would be about my luck that I'd kill the biggest buck in the area the day before Brett's December buck mini-contest starts. (Yeah, right.)

I'll be back on stand tomorrow morning when the temps are about 25-30 degrees cooler than they are now.

Good luck to everyone who is out there getting after them this afternoon.

I like the logic. Lol. Beer is awesome too and I think you've earned a few.

I'm not asking for zero, but could we get some December temps around here, instead of October temps, please?

I'm not sure my system would still be functioning if I hadn't had a beer in over a month.

Wait,... the Cowboys are playing tonight? I didn't know that. That means there will be quite a few more beers consumed here tonight then. I've been a Cowboys fan since I was a kid.

My appearance on the stand tomorrow morning is now questionable.
