Probably a lot with all those cool dogs running around there. But that's okay...that's holy dust.:hail::biggrin:

My boy said the same thing. The only difference is that my kid is 20.

Come on guys, we need a Thanksgiving week buck down!

I'm hoping to get out the next 3 mornings. I don't think I've ever killed a buck this late in Nov but I'm gonna try!

If I put a buck down I'm going to jail

I think I will make that my goal next year, put two mature bucks down in the same season. Should be able to do it if I take the first 2 weeks of November off giving me 17 days straight to get it done.

Be far easier than a clean 12 or 170 or bigger. Only 11 months and a week until Halloween

I want to go back so bad, but I just hit it hard for 10 straight days and I'm exhausted. I'm not hardly done, I enjoy the late season and have had pretty good luck. The worst part is the drive, my spots are 4 and 6 hours one way.
    It really sucks!
(But I might go anyways)

Brett, I'll be getting out tomorrow after the rain ends in the morning, and hunt until dark. Also, I can hunt 8 hours (6:00AM-2:00PM) on Thanksgiving, and I'll do my last dark to dark for the season on Saturday, our (5-D) last day of our regular archery season. I don't give up easily!

Tomorrow is the latest I've ever killed a buck, it was also my biggest buck, to date.

Best of luck to you buddy. It's going to be 45 degrees in the morning but I'm still headed out. It seems like as I get older that I just appreciate every hunting season that much more. I just like being out there 20 feet high with a bow hand.

I did not see a deer tonight but wasn't expecting much with that wind. That is probably my last hunt until I go to Iowa in 18 days.
