That was a great guess. I got 153 even. His main beams were incredible.

That's where my low guess came from, he didn't have those 8-10" 2's and 3's

His longest tine I think was almost 9. Had he had 12 inch 2s and 10 inch 3s he probably would have been knocking on 170.

Hey guys instead of going in. I took a little nap. Man this big double ladder is nice. Last buck siting was 11:23. I've seen 18. Up and ready to finally get a shot.

I'm terrible with age but he's at least 4.5 maybe 5.5. I could be way off. His ears and face are super grey

I truly wish I would have put the perfect shot on him so he didn't have to suffer so long. I gave him all the respect he deserved when I found him. Bowhunting sucks at times and it's extremely frustrating but so rewarding when it happens. He will be respected on the mount and everyone will get to enjoy his beauty for a long time. I have quite the story to go with him. I'm humbled that I even got the chance to take his life. It was very emotional when I looked up and saw his rack laying on the ground 10 feet from me.

That's what I'm looking at doing. I just love the look. I feel a special deer needs that kind of mount and he's a great deer and the tracking job I had to do on him makes him the perfect candidate.
