I saw a 90-100” 8pt at about noon. Since then just cows and birds.

3 young bucks so far and one yearling. Yearling must have been on speed, tail up running in huge circles full bore lol. No idea what it was doing but was fun to watch

update on the morning hunt.. lots of deer and the big boy! I forgot my binoculars and was looking at him with my range finder. Didnt get bust a short glance at him but I would guess him to be a booner for sure. I know one thing, I would put money he weighed a minimum of 300 lbs. He was huge! He was dark and moose popped in my head when I seen him so thats his nickname.. MOOSE! :moose:

Gotta love it when the orange army sights in their guns the night before the opener. Shows how dedicated they are to excellence.

Well that didn't work. Had my big 8 came out walking right towards me, good wind, never moved a muscle, looked right at me and turned and walked away. Guess I didn't look as good as I thought. Walked right over to under my stand.

Moved quick to some thicker stuff, we'll see.

No giant. I’ve passed on better deer this season but tonight was time to get it done.

Couldn't hunt tonight since had to haul some cows to sale barn with property owner and didnt get back till about 3. So decided to go hang another stand.

Pics are right side back and front, center, and left front and back. Had one there once before and wasn't bad so with cows around 2 out of 3 stands needed something.

On a side note had a huge buck stroll across road on way home. Thats second 150" deer I've had walk in front of truck in last few weeks. Keep messing around and I'm gonna need new truck ha.[IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG]
