    I dream while I'm asleep and day dream while in stand.

    The day dream in stand is mire of a concentration on one spot trying to will a deer to walk through the opening and make its way towards me.

    I've only had 1 of your bucket list items happen. Every time I sit in my stand I am surrounded by fawns, I had one smell my ladder rungs, walking stick & spot where I had spilled some coffee before bedding down under me for 3 hours. 3 others were milling around, coming in and out of range periodically. I feel like I am hunting over a whitetail daycare center!

    Page just reminded me.

    When I got on stand Saturday, I went to load a bolt. Have to use my phone to see the fletches as my headlamp doesn't distinguish green from white with a green light :lol:

    Anyhow, the one I grabbed had a fletching missing. So loaded the one I shot the buck with Saturday with a fresh broadhead. Both deer with the same shaft, guess I kinda cross contaminated with blood from the first still on the bolt.

    I’m back out with the GF. We are in the stand had doe and shooter buck cruise by out of range. Hopefully we get some more action.
