About to walk to stand. It was supposed to have been 32 this morning but they changed it to 43. Let’s see what happens. Good luck everyone.

Settled it. Sweating like crazy, nothing I can do about it now lol. Basically no wind all day so will be a crap shoot to see what happens. Good luck guys.

It rained all night here so maybe they'll be up and moving this AM. Had one blow at me as I was walking in. So I know there's at least one deer here!

I walk in in a T-shirt and shorts and get dressed at my spot. It’s a very very cold walk in, but it avoids sweating.

Set up with GF in ground blind. Not expecting much on the field edge but we will get back in the thick stuff this afternoon.

Wind is blowing 5 to 10 mph. Rained all night and is cold is morning, so these deer should be moving.

This isn't going to lead to another half dressed selfie, is it?

I wear all my clothes, to keep from carrying a pack, but I leave my hat off and leave as many layers as possible unzipped. The sweating is a killer.

What a crap shoot. Drove to hunting spot (4min from house), forgot phone, drove back to get phone, made it out to tree, forgot bottom ladderstick and polesaw in truck (new set still needed some trimming), walk back to truck, run into old timer who is on his way out and explains to me where his new ground blind is (75 yds from my tree)..... Well I’m back in tree I missed the buck out of the other day. Hopefully it was a sign to come back to this spot
