Not in my opinion, if that was clotting it would be more deep red than pinkish and would have a slimey blob rather than a frothy look.

Best day of hunting I’ve ever had, saw 8 does, 2 smaller bucks, and this guy. He came chasing 4 does past me and I grunted really aggressively at him and he turned and let out a long grunt and chased the does right back to me grunting the whole time and I shot him at 18 yards. alen, looks like your broadhead opened in flight. I had some old rockets open in mid flight back in the day. boy did they do some wild acrobatics in flight. that was the deciding factor for me to go back to fixed blade heads. just a thought.
