    I wish I had a video camera still so i could have recorded my dad cutting in front of me with excitement on the blood trail, it was awesome to see him so excited in the woods again!

    Just had a doe and her fawn come in behind me, directly downwind. Once the doe hit my scent stream she was on high alert. I drew back on her at 41 yds but my tree is rocking so much that I couldn't risk it. I wanted to by it wouldn't have been an ethical shot.

    About to climb down, this wind is getting ridiculous...

    For the days it's too cold to hold your bow all the time but like to keep it in front of you...may I suggest a "string sling"...

    This is why I like my carbon riser. I also use a mitten on my bow hand because it is warmer than a glove.
