Way to go holt and chief! Been out since 2:30 and seen 5 so far Sent from my iPhone using Bowhunting.com Forums
Actually I eased down and was going to sneak out to come back later but as soon as I got to the ground I saw a white belly 60 to 70 yards away. I nocked an arrow and sneaked up but there was no need to be stealthy. He was dead.
About 45 minutes of light left. Nothing so far. Unusual for this time of year. Sent from my iPhone using Bowhunting.com Forums

Too early for that. That would choke him out of the tree. That stuff is a horrible inhalation hazard. Sent from my SM-N900V using Bowhunting.com Forums mobile app
I know they are spraying now by where I hunt. Luckily(or unluckily for the rest of season), I don't have fields very close by. 90% of the fields already chisel plowed and lots of tanks sitting on the field edges
They could definitely be "knifing" it in, but it would be bad if it was spread through the air. Sent from my SM-N900V using Bowhunting.com Forums mobile app
Hence why I get so discouraged sometim....err most times I talk myself into the greatest sit ever, and then I sit and reality slaps the stupid right back into me. But I do think not hunting these high winds is the right call regardless of calendar date. I mean, you're not going to go out on Sunday and listen to your favorite nfl game while waiting on a buck to walk by just because it is Nov. 12th. Still have to play their senses
33%. 4 days left of the season. And I'LL be out everyday. Friday night is date night with the wife. Other than that I'll be in the woods. Seeing more and more rutting sign. I saw THE buck moving at last light the other day. Seeing more deer now
