Little six point fed along the edge of the food plot then bed down in the thick stuff about 10 feet off the edge. He's waiting for the girls to show up. I'm waiting for his daddy. Good luck to those who are lucky enough to be hunting this evening

Saw one of my big boys at last night. I grunted, snort wheezed, rattled and can called. He didn't care. Just refreshed his scrape and continued on.

Had a small six, big body, come in behind me 35 minutes before dark. Gun season, he would be dead now. Just couldn't do it with the bow though. At least I saw something within range.

    Blessings.........Pastorjim

Welp didn’t see anything after 1:30. Not sure if I’ll do all day again tomorrow or not, depends on action.

No kidding! That's the reason I'm waiting until Saturday to get back in the stand. I have to have all my options available.

Seen 3 does amd one possivle 2 1/2 yr old with them about 200 yds downwind. North wind is absolutely horrible for this stand until they are really cruising anyhow.

Also found out quite a fee deer have been shot recently so that may explain a bit. I didn't ask how clean if a shot was made on the 9 yesterday, could have been a search for all I know.

Anyhow, I'm setting the alarm, no clue what my plan is once it goes off. Bidy is hurting. Little seat for padding isn't helping much

Very uncomfortble and does nothing but squish between the bars. Have some foam at home gonna cut up.

cls, take a little piece of 1/2" plywood and glue your foam to it so it doesn't break
