    How can you not envision a heavy beamed 10 come aroynd the bend, head tilting to the left then tobthe right with each step. Wind to his back, seeing what is ahead of him amd smelling what is behind. Just walking the script to 15yds broadside.

    It was about 23 yards slight quartering away. I think I hit him pretty good. The shot landed right in the middle of the deer vertically, but the entrance was a little farther back then I like. It was quartering though. I saw intstant blood at the point of impact so I think I double lunged him.

    Well I'm supposed to be headed out at 12:30, I'm gonna check the arrow in another 10 mins and see what we got. Shot took place at about 9:50

    Movement picking up. Small 8 button and spike under me feeding. Hawks aren't even black. Rut still a ways out here. Just feeding still
