Now I really want to do some squirrel eradication... had about 5 or 6 just making all kinds of noise and a doe snuck in behind me, she had me pegged so I couldn’t stand and get ready.. by the time I could she was behind brush and went the wrong way for a shot, she did have a small 6 point in tow though, could have easily shot him but I’m wanting something bigger than last years buck... if he pushes her back around she might get an arrow...my hunting time Is severely limited this year... Had 3 does come diwn the ridge behind me. Thought it was a buck chasing but ended up being 3 does. Gonna try to sit until noon, but nit sure I make it. Nose and throat feeling like I may have a cold coming in. Need to get some Ziacam or something and head it off at the pass. Last thing I need this coming week. Wind is slicing through me like a knife. Brrrrr
