    Just plain slow for me in Michigan. Not a single deer today so far. Was covered up in deer here last weekend. A few more scrapes opened up but thats it.

    In the ground blind with my oldest. Trying to get him his first deer.

    I ran into the landowner’s son when we parked. He said he may take his duck dog to walk my buck’s blood trail in the morning. As of right now, that is the best option I have. I didn’t see any vultures circling when we arrived.

    Just got the call that one of my buddies from PA fell out of his stand this morning,broke his back and right leg.

    Please wear your harness guys,it's NOT worth the risk.
    If not for yourself at least do it for your family/friends.

    Just spent the last half hour standing up being a statue. Doe and a button buck ca me in and bedded 25 yards upwind. Finally another doe came in and she got up and forced it away from her fawn.

    Don't want to shoot a doe tonight but sure could have.
