Well boyz finally downloaded the app back onto my new phone... figured id make my first post of the season. I did get a doe 2nd day from opener but have not been able to get out since due to work new house kids etc... finally woke up this morning of course off from work and gotta watch my little one then my wife says to me she just called out and said i hava a few things i need you to do but then i think you should get out hunting cause she said she had a good feeling about tonight and youll get lucky... well now my mind is getting twisted cause she never says to go well i said ok... so before i left for this afternoon she said again same thing. So i said man your in a great mood today she said i am but u havent been out at all since opener so i figured id take off and watch the kids... im thinking in my mind well dont gotta tell me twice... just as i was walking down the stairs i said well maybe ill get some luck later later tonight she laughed and said dont push your luck that far... lol figures... had to tell it lol anyways im out got a perfect wind temps alittle warm but supposed to drop in to the low 40s to tonight so well see if she was telling the truth checked my cams just to find out that 2 were dead and caught nothing and my one right here wad pulled off the tree by a bear figures havent checked others yet... plunty of fresh sign everywhere so well see Sent from my SM-G930V using Bowhunting.com Forums mobile app

Have a dilemma... One of my best friends (Austin) has been in the ICU and in a medically induced coma since Monday with complications due to diabetes. I'm also best friends with his brother (Jake) who is having a terrible time right now. I was with Jake pretty much all of Monday and have talked to him every day over the phone. A few of my buddies are going to Jake's house tonight and asked if I wanted to come out drinking with them to take the edge off. Tomorrow was supposed to be my first morning hunt of the year and the first major cold front with snow hit today... If I go drinking I know I won't make it hunting tomorrow morning. I feel I need to be there for my friend but also feel I need to be in the tree!!!!
Well I just got settled in for the evening sit, not expecting to see anything here, just came to this stand way back in to check the camera... and there was 2 videos of deer since I sat in this stand like 3 weeks ago one was a nice buck but that was in the morning.
