Congrats to you guys that scored today. I had a doe join me for about 44 minutes at sunrise. Hoped for a player but no luck. Off to work. Hoping for an all day sit next couple days.

Found my doe about 100 yds from impact. Pass through of both lungs but hither at the top of the lungs so the blood trail was thin.

Edit to add pic. Was to busy trying to get her on ice. Started at 36 but is in 70’s now.

I hear ya, 1st all day sit for me will be Saturday unless by some miracle work gives me Friday off too. That however, is very unlikely. So freaking busy right now if you don't have it requested off you're expected to be here.

6 1/2 days of work or one week from 4:30pm tomorrow and I get to indulge my big buck fetish for 10 days uninterrupted

Well depending.. on the right scenario. If mr dominate comes along buck d will pull him in if it is a buck that is a shooter but has had his ass handed to him he is gonna go the other way.. but it is still prerut so they are still working somewhat on getting there dominance figure out so it would but come middle to late rut i would definitely go with a doe

Unless there is a big 10 behind her I will shoot a doe as well. Gonna throw 2 bags of ice in a cooler just in case. Going to be cool enough regardless but figure a couple bags of ice will get one cooler that much quicker. Head back down and start my 10 point quest.

Well on my lunch break I went to trim a branch by my stand, think I may have left too early this morning, checked the camera to fix the date and it said there were 6 videos.... I guess I’ll find out tomorrow morning!

Not putting the cart before the horse, just going prepared to sit all day. I very well could get skunked, pretty rare where I hunt but it happens occassionally.

I have yet to see a mature buck before Halloween, so my odds on tagging one are not in my favor. A doe however I feel is a high probability. The one unknown I have, and it is pretty significant, I don't know how hard the other guys have been hunting. With temps the way they've been I'm hoping not so much. All it takes is a couple errant shots to alter their patterns.

I'll be on here Saturday either way
