    Just get the guts out immediately and get it either on ice or in a freezer ASAP. A experienced butcher should be able to tell you

    Had about 30 turkeys go by about 40 minutes ago. At least 1/3 of them were poults, so next year could be good. The Jake I wanted to shoot didn't get close enough though. One more hour till I have to start processing chickens.
