One is better than than the other.. I seen that thread.. is there some inside joke Im missing or? I understand questions where people just dont have the experience and just dont know, but that one? I get its probably a troll post but where did it gets its life from?
Well I found my arrow snapped off look like between 10 and 12inches of penetration but I can't find any blood idk if I'm doing something wrong or what but I've followed the trails he looked to be headed and found nothing I didn't have any blood on my arrow either waiting for my dad to get up and help me look Sent from my iPhone using Bowhunting.com Forums
All I'm saying Pitman, is a pass thru in the ass isn't better that a non pass thru that hits the off shoulder and takes out both lungs. I just don't get Shane asking this question. I've seen the deer he's killed. Question seemed weird to me. JMO
That what I'm thinking but u should still have some blood even if he mostly bleeding internally and if I hit the shoulder I still had to pass through if I got 11 inches of penetration so I had to hit Vitals or am I way off on my thinking Sent from my iPhone using Bowhunting.com Forums
Quartering toward me just a little bit when I drew back my bow made a loud vibrating noise and spooked him other wise he was broadside I was 20 feet in a tree he was around 22 yards away Sent from my iPhone using Bowhunting.com Forums
Hard to say. That's a real good scenario. I'd take it every time. I shot a doe like that. There was very little blood externally. She bled out inside. It took a while to find her.
Heck yeah BackStrap! Great looking buck and we would love to hear the story of the hunt when you get a chance.
I've had a one lung shot before. It was the off lung. We looked for almost 5 miles. We finally lost the blood trail and foot prints in a cut bean field. There may have been more arrow sticking out of the deer. I'm just saying, that it may have not broken off flush with his side.
Yeah I think he's still alive walk the entire area of land found no blood or deer giving up on this one I'm sure he still alive Sent from my iPhone using Bowhunting.com Forums
