I just thought I would start a thread for those of us who end up in a hospital this season. For what ever reason you end up in a hospital let us hear about it. Pic's are always welcome.
I'll start this out. last night my wife and I were going to spend the evening and night as a family of 3 for one last time. unfortunately, while the little guy and I were at BabiesRus to pick up his baby sisters mattress for her crib he caught some sort of bug and was out cold on the way home. we arrived home and he just wanted his daddy to hold him. Not normal for this 3 year old, especially when all the neighbor kids out and about. We came inside and he passed out on the couch, while watching Mickey's "Three Little Pigs". Again, not normal. Well the wife arrived home around 7:30 PM and was sadden that our little guy wasn't feeling good. We were scheduled to be at the Hospital at 6 AM. My mother-N-Law would meet us at our home at 5:45 AM and bring the guy after he woke and was feed well. The little man woke us up at 12 and 2 AM to pee, then again at 3:45 AM to pee, get a drink or water, and puke all other me while I carried him back to bed. long story short, the doctor said he was a no go to be at the hospital or anyone who has contact with our son wouldn't be allowed in the hospital other then us. So his Nana wouldn't be picking him up. Change of plans. Jessie (The Wife) had to drive herself to the hospital and I stayed behind until my dad (Papa) could arrive at my house to relieve little guy watch. The good news is I'm at the hospital and the little guy is feeling 100% better. Presently, It's 10:45 AM and I've been ready for a "STRONG" drink since the puking incident. I'll keep you posted as the day progresses. Sorry no picture because I value my life. So say's my wife.
congrats no better feeling in the world than watching a child be born. Hope everything goes well for you and the wifey.
Congrats on the new addition there's no better feeling then welcoming another members of the family into the world. we just had my second kid 2 weeks ago and i havent been happier!!!
Sorry for the long wait. This little girl has taken all of my time and attention. I still can't believe I've created something this perfect. her name is Claire Elise Self A.K.A future deer slayer.

Congrats! nothing better will happen to you. I'll bet she'll have daddy wrapped around her little finger. too bad she doesn't realize that she'll have a liftetime addiction!
