Buy one of these: Amazon.com: Polaroid 8" Heavy Duty Mini Tripod With Pan Head With Tilt For Digital Cameras & Camcorders: Camera & Photo

and one of these: Amazon.com: ARKON Smartphone Grip Tripod Adapter (MG1420): Camera & Photo

Or just make some sort of L-shaped device to hold the phone up. Spray a small piece of angle iron with that plasti-dip spray to make it rubberized. Prop the phone up on that, it shouldn't slip. Could even screw together two pieces of 2x4 to make an L shape.

Doesn't have to be in the field. Have to get two with hunter, bow & deer. There were many truck & garage shots last year.

Yep, I just carry a cheap digital cam in the field. Easy enough to prop up on a log and set the timer.

I just checked and even my phone has a camera timer, could be as simple as that.

Unless it is somewhere I'm not looking, that isn't an option on the iPhone.

Yes, once the contest starts, you could enter your doe. Only one doe counts.

Didn't you enter one (or ask this) last year? Maybe it was someone else
