Nice guys congrats!!! I'm hoping to have a doe down this weekend. This has been a real slow start for me. The farmer rotated crops this year and it has affected the deer pattern. No fear a doe will drop soon! Then it's buck hunting

Congrats everyone on their deer so far.... My cams have been a little slow but I would say by the tail end of this month I should have something worth chasing. I do have a 5.5 yr old named Toad that I could kill but he's only 128-130" deer. Not really what I'm looking for right now, he's a home body so I'm sure if I haven't killed anything after the rut he may be fair game bc I don't want him breeding anymore. Either way there's still A LOT of season ahead of us and I always do better in late season! Good luck everyone and stay safe!

Two sits in a row, two does on the ground!!! Shot another mature doe last night. Same stand almost the same time and pretty close to the same scenario as last time. Pretty cool. 20 yard shot 25 yard recovery, double lung, saw her go down this time. Im really pumped. This has been my most successful archery season and we still have the best to come!

Doe down team!!! Shot her at 28 yards. She went about 125 yards and tumbled! Pictures soon to come. Saw a decent 8 this morning to. Had him at 40 yards but just a little to small for me. Hope I don't eat that tag haha

Well I have been out a fair amount the past 4 / 5 days. On Fri I screwed up and was playing on my phone:busted:, When I was caught by 4 DOES. Today had a spike chasing a group of DOES. No shot. it was good to see horns

Good job on the deer everyone, I had a great weekend of hunting here in Ohio! Seen quite a few shooter bucks and had one close encounter but just never gave me a shot but I am on the deer and it's only a matter of time (or so I hope) but we did have some success , my sister shot her first ever archery buck and only her second deer ever with a compound.... Me and my sister hunt together so I was so happy to finally see her sitting behind a good deer ! It's been around 8 years and she never had a chance at a nice buck and she stuck it out and passed allot of younger deer and it paid off for her ! ImageUploadedByBowhunting.com Forums1445307839.364719.jpg it won't break any records but I couldn't be any more proud of her ! Now hopefully I can connect on a good deer here soon !

Congrats everyone! A lot of my buddies are laying good ones down but for some reason my cams have gone dead for the most part! I've had 3 buddies put down bucks over 140"+ in the last week. A 143", 160", and the one from two nights ago will be close to 160" at least high 50's. Now its my turn.... going to move some cameras tomorrow and try to get prepared for my rut spots!
