    Name is fine with me, we just have to make sure NO ONE ever forgets it. ;)
    I'm also okay with Jake as Captain.
    I Googled pics of "cutting a hand (palm) with a broad head" but didn't come up with one ie Blood brothers. Get it?
    Someone more talented than I could take a picture and photoshop in the cut and blood. I'd probably screw up and make it REAL! :lol:

    I'm looking forward to participating in this contest. I run a deer, and turkey, hunting contests on a forum here in Michigan each year but, for a number of reasons, don't participate in the deer contest. It'll be nice to leave that responsibility to someone else, and trust me, I have a GREAT appreciation for the admins of this contest. THANK YOU!

    Well, I went to check my trail camera today. I set in a mock scrape to try it out. Then I checked my trail camera, and well, not too shabby. For where I hunt, a buck living to be an 8 pt is huge. Unfortunately a lot of deer are killed by cars on the road, or other hunters who just want to shoot anything moving. I do have a decent herd this year.

    Their velvet is starting to fall off and they're still moving in a group. I got a picture of a fawn with spots on and I thought it was pretty cool. As far as my hit list, anything 6 point and up is game on. If I could prevent deer from being hit by cars or educate the hunters in our area to let the herd mature a bit, we'd have bigger deer.

    Broad head brothers sounds good to me. I am just hunting whitetail a in Kansas and South Dakota this year. Did my bear hunt last year in Ontario and killed a nice color phase bear. Going up to South Dakota Labor Day weekend to pick this up. ImageUploadedByTapatalk1439938431.583952.jpg
