Definitely not serious on that team name vote. I like to idea of collecting a few ideas and voting on a few of the best.

We should wait a little bit with the bragging, we know we have the potential to beat them but we should atleast wait until Ernie bites the dust.

 

My name is Scott. I am 35 years old and got a couple of cool kids... both boys (6 years old and almost 2), oh and a wife. I live in NE Ohio and mostly hunt public land.

I have been in this contest every single year and entered a buck all seven of those years for about 995 inches. An old team of mine, The BBK (The Big Buck Killers) and I twice won this contest and almost three-peated.

 

The chances of Ernie getting added to the score card are very slim so I wouldnt hold your breath. As far as the name goes Im all for voting on it.

French, Deer are looking really good around our area this year. It has been amazing how fast the area has rebounded from the two years of EHD. I have been getting several good deer on camera including a few sneak peaks of Ernie.

 

I do not wish to be in the running for Team Captain. I have done so a lot of times in the past and just feel it is someone elses turn to head up the team.

 

I will be hunting in several different counties in AL this year, we took a lot of people hog hunting, so they promised to take us deer hunting. We were also invited to hunt with our friends on their ranch in Texas (no fence, 100% free range!!!). They killed 13 deer that were over 140". I will be deer hunting with my bow ONLY this year, so there's a pretty big chance I will put atleast some points on the board.

 

I nominate Frenchbritt for Team Captain. He logs on daily and has been around here a long time and I am sure knows the ropes and duties of the Team Captain.

If we could get everyone to nominate a Captain and submit Team Name suggestions and then to cast a vote for Team Captain and Team Name after submissions have been made we will be well on our way for a great season.

 

Well - quick intro on me. I'm Neal, 33 years old. I have two boys George (3) and Frederick (1) and one wife. . I live in Minnesota and hunt mostly in Pepin County Wis. But I split my time with a few spots in SE Minnesota. I had my "hit-list" on the show last week - but I have a few more up my sleeve I'm still searching for.

Should be a good year, last year I broke the 200" club... hoping for a repeat performance this year. I'll be hunting opening weekend in Wiscons (September 12)... so we'll see what happens! Looking forward to getting to know everyone!

Im 33 years old , live and hunt in Fulton county ILLINOIS and I have 4 kids and a wife. The kids are one boy Avery whos 8 and two girls Emerson 6 Hadley 3 and one in the oven. Baby is due OCT 21st. Not very good planning on my part.

Im a union Electrician and In my spare time I like to wound giant deer.

As you guys have probably figured out from my incredibly clever screen name I'm Jim Olsson. I'm 35 and have 2 daughters along with my wife. They give me a lot of freedom during the fall and I hunt as much as work allows. I'm a General Sales Manager at Lynch Chevrolet Buick and Gmc. If you want a great deal on a vehicle let me know. I'm hunting primarily in Iowa county WI but also have a hunt planned for the first week of November in Buffalo county. I believe in score early and score often so let's all get that doe on the board right away if we are allowed to within your local regulations. Clinton that's good to hear the herd is doing better.

I am married (17 years) with two teenage daughters MaKenzie and Morgan. I work in real estate as a licensed broker and as a certified appraiser. I mainly hunt in Iroquois County. I have killed a buck with my bow the last 6 out of 7 years.

If someone else wants to be captain that's ok with me, but I can probably handle it if need be.

I have 4 of 6 cams out and will probably add the other 2 this weekend.

 

So, it looks safe to say that Frenchbrit is our official Team Captain.

Other than a couple members that still need to check in we are now just Team Name suggestions and the corresponding votes away from our team being squared away.

 

I'm Aaron I'm 45 I live just north of Memphis.I have two children Mallory(21) and Dakota(18) and one granddaughter(7 months). I will be hunting public lands this year because I lost my private land.
