Good luck. I am in California right now, as soon as I get back, I will be hammering the woods trying to get us a doe and the bonus deer!

 

I'm back to bowhunting after the first gun season here in il. Checked my cameras and still got quite a bit of buck daylight pics. Only
a couple deer that i want to kill. Guna harvest a doe here this week maybe. Keep at it boys.

 

My season might be finished because of a knee injury. I'll know more in a couple of weeks. At the moment I can't climb up a tree

Man that sucks, hope you have a fast recovery! Maybe you can borrow a crossbow and hunt with that!?

 

Take it easy Aaron, make sure it heals or this will be the first of many disappointing seasons. Bow hunting is pretty much over for me. Our late bow season starts next Saturday and runs one week coinciding with muzzleloader season. It a rough time to try to kill a deer with a bow in this state. Just saw pics from a local guy that just got back from hunting a friends farm in Ohio, 6x6 with a few kickers rough scored at 199!!! What a pig! My father-in-law had his hands in the rack today and said it was absolutely unreal! Good luck to the rest of you guys still getting after it!

My dad killed a spike with warts all over his body! Will post some pics when he gets home.

 

Big bodied deer, he had big and nasty warts all over his body!

 

We are 1 good buck or 3 does out of first place, who still can shoot a buck yet this year? This sucks I wish I could post another deer!

I can still get a buck and doe in Illinois, but don't have much for late season property.
