Not out but lots of sightings fawns feeding next to new coop when I put birds to bed. Thank God new auto door arrived yesterday. Then the two " monsters" son saw last night walk onto our place walked off us right at another blind of mine. Now nice buck but I've actually seen monsters here. Shooters for me? Well at my age and slowing ability, probably. That said the bigger buck has a smaller rack than the light colored coat buck. I'm thinking he is an elder buck. I'd go for the bigger body. Getting good info for next hunt
Congrats @Holt ! Great buck man. I saw 7 deer, passed the doe. Gonna try again tomorrow and I’m not gonna let em slide.
Congrats on the doe OND! Holt good luck dude, we’re all refreshing! Great first sit tonight but didn’t have service to update. 2 adult does, 2 fawns, and a small 6 pt. Almost shot the second doe but light was fading and I didn’t want her to run the way that she was facing. Back at it in the morning.
No luck for me. But on a positive note, my short quick scout work is being confirmed fairly quick. Nice to see the “first” buck of the season a solid one not some little fork. Bring on the cold weather! Now you can all go back to watching for @Holt !!!
