So as you know we have...lots of rabbits. Now I do not know if it's my chickens being free range and they watch me walking around them and them running to me,but these rabbits hang out at the coop and allow me to walk around them . No fear.I beleive they figured out it's a safe zone as long as the Gators parked there.
    Well
Last night one was sitting near 2nd flocks run and he turned to hop farther into clover. Poor thing , his ass was literally bright red and bare to the muscle, save his tail in the middle. I almost laughed out loud, then realized, that could be the start of mange or he's the luckiest rabbit around.
What do you think. Could the dogs contract it or the chickens?

I’m on stand and I’m miserable. I sure hope something shows up to make this worthwhile.

40 minutes is the new time to beat for fastest hunt on the season.

Do I use the pig's weight for your scorecard?

We decided it was too hot for the bow. The weather channel said 95 degrees at the next town but the thermometer here said 98 degrees and the heat index was about 110.

Any problems finding it and it wouldn’t be any good.

So I head shot it with my 45-70. :biggun:
