my last 2 years I’ve had to lower my pins as I was hitting about 3 inch’s low with my BH This yr not so much and the same BH except the one I killed my buck with it’s still attached to the arrow and is hanging with euro mt of my buck. different arrows this year
I’m up for the afternoon in a brand new spot it’s a big, thick flat in a creek bottom. There is a year round spring fed creek, a good amount of oaks and lots of browse. I don’t know if I’ll see anything or not.
Just had a doe come blazing by. This time of year I figured I knew what it was. Sure enough , a couple minutes later a big coyote showed up. No, I didn’t shoot it. I didn’t want to trash a broad head and possibly an arrow. The Ozarks are very unforgiving where arrows are concerned.
Apparently I missed the cake and ice cream. Happy Birthday Johnny and wishing you many more, safe years!
One troubling thing about that encounter is that the doe ran right in front of my Reveal camera and the yote walked in front of it. It didn’t take a pic.
Did you have good signal when you set it up? I had one on public last year where the signal would come and go and it only sent about 2/3 of the pics Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
I think those things miss more than we realize. Good luck this evening Sent from my SM-S901U using Tapatalk
Leaving for Tennessee in the morning going to look at a property for sale, then work our way up through Kentucky to look at some property for sale also. Need to be home by Wednesday for the opener here in NY.
Possibly, but this time it wasn't working. I have no idea why. Batteries at full power. Good signal. I dunno.
