    It was a buck. It’s dead about 80 yards away. I’m still hunting I see if I can double with a doe.

    Got a small buck standing in slew 90 yards. To small. Got 3 does in corn field down wind.

    This buck was chasing does all around me in the dark. Just before first light the does left and he was feeding. I kept watching him with my binoculars trying I decide if he was big enough.

    I actually decided what the heck. Today was opening day of gun season but my teammates wanted me to take my bow so I did. I had a bow shot at a buck so I took it.

    He won’t score much but I got a buck with my bow. Now I can take my gun and murder a doe.
