Nothing after the spike while I was setting up this morning. I thought I was in for a good sit, normally more action in that spot this time of year.

Today was tough all day, I got wind burn like I was snowboarding in Colorado. Morning sit yielded some doe. Moved to different property and took my buddy along, he saw 8 doe I saw 5, no shots fired. While hunting tonight one of the bucks I been trying to kill showed up at the prop I left from, sooooo I’ll be out there tomorrow. Cat and mouse is coming to an end tomorrow. Good luck killers….. “pain don’t hurt”

I sprayed some buck scent - planned on rattling. When I rattle, a forky comes charging in. He can smell buck and heard bucks, so he stands 25 yards away, befuddled that he doesn't see bucks for 45 minutes.

After he leaves, a doe and 2 fawns run under me. I expect something to be chasing them. I watch them run loops behind me, while watching where they came from....nothing came.

Saw several more does, nothing close enough to shoot. Cold and windy.

I'll be back out tomorrow evening.

Hoping for a better day tomorrow.

Hunting Lot lizards :lmao2:. They target public lands where nice trucks are parked. “ hey girl I heard a guy shot a 170” in SGL 19 last week”. I must be delirious but I’m cracking up.

Northern lights are one of my favorite things in the world. Just incredible.

Get out and take a look with your phone. Might just see them. Being reported in southern states!

My daughter, who lives in Southern Indiana, just sent me pictures of this. I was surprised it was visible there

These arent even the big ones. These are directly from my phone that I get sent. I only use medium sized pics on my end but you can go bigger and get even better clarity. The videos are crazy that I can get when I request one. I really enjoy these more than any other camera I have used.

Mine too!! Being down here in MO we hardly ever would see them. Our boys get to see them fairly frequently now!! They’re awesome, I’d love to be way up north to see them!!!
