I have decided with the huge drop in temp it’s worth going out despite 15-20mph wind. I’m just going to keep my shot under 20yds if I do shoot. Good luck everyone!!

Trucks loaded, forecast is garbage, but it’s Nov. I’m heading to NY to hunt some public.
    Good luck everyone!

Man what a great experience. My dad has Parkinsons as well. Takes a mighty toll on a person. Glad he had a great hunt and made epic memories.

@dnoodles congratulations to your uncle that’s awesome!

All strapped in. We got 2” of heavy snow last night which will make for a gorgeous sit, but I’ve heard about 10 big cracks from branches breaking. Hopefully it doesn’t happen it deer on edge too much. Hot doe in here yesterday and I’m hoping she’s still around and bring the big 11 by this stand again.

    Good luck killers!

Good buck just walked by and I put a decent shot on hom. It honestly looked and sounded back. He bucked and kind of walked 15 yards into some thick stuff. Never saw him go down. Iron wills for heads and they usually react that way. Idk. Giving it some time

That’s damn cool, glad you were a part of it. I know I’d be hurting if I was you too. Hunting urban tight to bedding for one buck in particular. Just need him to come through, watched a younger buck bumping doe into this bedding yesterday evening from my truck when I was scouting it out.

I just had a spike come by and stop at 20 yards. He was huffing and puffing. He looked like he was on a mission.
