So this just happened, hubby was making us hot tea for our throats. Both in kitchen and the dogs go crazy at the picture window in living room.. I look out and theres a big 8 running out of front garden and a white suburban following it. The deer had crossed from front plot got hit then power ran, low and digging in but slow, back across up on neighbors laneway along our line. The car stopped and watched it in their laneway, then drove on. So I'll drink my tea and go out to look for hair and blood. Then take a slow line walk. He actually wasnt looking good as he struggled across the road again
Can't stand being at homemon Nov. 8th. Put a small 6lb brisket flat on the smoker to help ease the pain.

Currently sitting on the ground 250 yards from a scrape that had had action between noon and 2:30 the last couple of days. Not sure what is hitting, camera had just shown bodies, no heads. Going to give until 2:30 before moving for the evening set up. Left the bow in the truck. It has warmed up to 78*. If I shoot something this afternoon, I want it down fast.
I had a doe and twins come through, the second fawn decided to bed down. Not sure where the other ones went. It’s downwind about 75 lol
Tied in. A little late, but got in clean. Perfect NW wind, sends my scent down the ravine along the brook. They can't smell me at all with a west or nw wind. Hopefully something shows. Doe, Buck or Bear on the menu. Good luck everyone!

I’m up for the evening a spot near my house. I wasn’t going to go out tonight but tomorrow looks like a wash out so whatever I was supposed to do tonight I will tomorrow. Deer were feeding in the field on the other side of the road when I pulled in. Good luck out there.
