Small buck just snuck me from behind, directly down wind. He didn’t smell me or didn’t care

I like it! I want to slam one of these turkeysz so many of them, but won't come in range.

Had another fork come in and lick on the rope for a while, hit the scrape. Need his great grampa to come show him how it's done. Either way a really fun morning so far.

Sent me for x-rays, then to have lunch and return for results/work instructions. Going to turn into a most of the day affair.

    Rather be hunting

Full Moon coming ... I may get rained out in the AM Fri if the weather gurus predictions hold true ... supposed rain Sat. also, light stuff I can hunt in, heavier , nope ... I want some S/Sw winds as Ive got 4 good locations I want to get into .. one is where I killed a decent buck in '22. .. one of my fav. locations for S/Sw winds, very good for buck sightings when they are up and moving ... supposed S/Sw for Sat. and along with that comes a warmup, 60's ... see if the 'predictions' hold up .. long range 'predictions for Nov. is warmer than normal for the first 3 weeks of Nov. for the Midwest and dryer than normal ..

WI + private land + one buck state = picky
MI + public land+ two buck state = less discerning

2 deer already in the freezer = very picky from here on out regardless of state

I broke my left wrist when I fell from a stool (like an idiot) at work (retail), I did a good job, the surgeon put a titanium plate in to hold it together .. hand has never been the same ... hopefully yours is minor ... Good Luck
