Just got in. It's grey light but its been one crisis after another this morning. My brother-in-law came up from Florida to hunt the next week or so with me. I’m up, bumped a buck on my way out. Not sure which one but man did he stink. The good thing is he didn’t blow and just walked off up wind so he didn’t smell me

Glad you voiced the story… assuming he lived you may have another opportunity as you know where he hangs… Have you looked into a larger aperture peep or might a corrective peep help? Most of us over 40-50 have had to deal with failing eyes…

I have horrible eyes, thanks mom.....I wear contacts full time but low light conditions have always been a little bit of an issue for me. Best thing that I did was find a sight that I could put a light on. I always turn on that little light right at legal light in the morning and also at sunset in the evening for the first 30 and last 30 minutes of the day. I also, over the past couple years have trained myself to shoot with both eyes open, those 2 things have helped me tremendously.
