Hey, I know what that’s like. Those trees aren’t very tender and don’t have much flavor.

Not sure what I'm seeing but I may be 25yds from a big bed.

Kind of hard to see in pics.

Update, kept looking at tree with binos and couldn't see an impact, looked at nock and couldn't see arrow
Got down walked to nock and it was just the nock, no sight of arrow anywhere. I'll look around for it a bit after 10. I knew I saw the nock flying through the air after what I thought was a tree impact and assumed it was attached to arrow.
Now im concerned did I actually hit the doe, did arrow glance off tree and get her?

Ill look for blood when I look for arrow

    Sure, but I think it’s a deduction.

We’ll put our best folks on the calculation, but current thinking, it will be a complex calculation that takes into account the Janka scale, DBH, angle of trajectory, gravitational constant, distance from stand and leap year calculations…

I would do actual LFTS posts, but I can't get cell service where I'm hunting. Anyway, I haven't been seeing deer on my sits, although getting them on cam, mostly at night still. But, I did find two brand new scrapes 30yrds behind my tree yesterday. They are right in front of my cam, so I'll have pics of the buck that made them. I'll switch cards out when I go in this evening. Really looking forward to seeing that buck, I try to keep my glass half full.
